Departments Of The Ministry PDF Print E-mail

The ministry is blessed with wonderful brothers and sisters who are doing extremely good in their various departments which includes:

The men's fellowship
Comprising; of all men in the ministry. They meet once in a month to discuss vital issues affecting the ministry and members. Days are also set aside for prayers while the executive officers led by the chairman and his vice also go extra miles in ensuring that every member feel belonged.

The women's fellowship
Whose membership is open to every woman in the ministry is of a great importance to the ministry. They have days of meeting to reason and pray together as well as teach each other the techniques of cooking and being the woman God is proud of. The executive officers led by the president and her vice leaves no stone unturned in making members feel at home courtesy their visits.

The choir
The sum total of the ministry's activity is to exalt God and to worship Him in the beauty of His holiness which is purely left in the hands of the choristers who leads the congregation before God's throne in songs ministration. There is the praise and worship team which is an off shoot of this department.

Heads of department includes the choir master and the praise and worship leader with membership open to as many as are willing to use their voice in praising God and as well as are ready to keep themselves holy.

The children's ministry
Take care of the children during and on worship or meeting days. The heads of this department teach the children basics of the Bible such as stories and how to pray as well as organise children's days, picnic and also give gifts to children while celebrating their birth days.

The Ushers
Help maintain order in the course of worship among others.

The prayer warriors
Christianity is not a play ground but a battle field. Since battles are fought by warriors, the prayer warriors are gifted intercessors who stand in the gap to make intercessions for the ministry for the ministry, members, the body of Christ and the world at large.

Counselling
According to the scriptures; "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14) It is the responsibility of the counsellors to ensure that there is no falling but safety as the Lord through them will counsel.
