Beloved, the best thing that can happen to anyone is to be a child of God. A woman was said to have counsel-led her husband thus and his reply was; have I become a child of devil because I do not go to church? Going to church does not make one a child of God; Giving one's life to Jesus Christ through confession does. Thereafter, the Holy Spirit begins to lead into all truths including the need to go to church.
On a more serious note, the joy accrued from having Jesus as one's personal Lord and saviour is immeasurable.
One man who heaved a sigh of relief after an encounter with our Lord Jesus Christ was quick to confess saying: "Even if there is no heaven, it pays to be a Christian". Is He the Lord of your life? If He is not, do not wait another second to ask Him to; because tomorrow may be too late.
By the power of your confession, He sweeps into action by giving every other force quit notice saying; the Master is here. After the cleaning exercise which sends all demonic powers packing, He will place a seal which reads thus: "C.O.B: Christ on Board", which is the other name of this ministry meaning, saying;
"From now on, let no one trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus" (Galatians 6:17).
Guess what! His presence makes the difference for though there may be tempest, thundering and roaring but the boat will never sink because He is on board. Mark 6:45-51.
Apart from the safety guaranteed by His presence, Belief in Him is the master key that unlocks every door, turning impossible to possible for according to the scrip-tures; If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23).
